Nice book, not new but still very relevant This book gives lots of detailed information about imunity functioning in regards to diet. Touches medical terms and details as well.
Excelente Libro Excelente libro, se puede decir que es un libro viejo pero es de mucha utilidad.
Old, but solid Older publication than I anticipated. Good stuff and wise information though redundant in itself. Been a few weeks since I read, if I remember correctly he is a proponent of grains and animal livers, which aren't my thing otherwise good protocol. Grains have phytic acid which reduce nutrient uptake so I go with sprouted when possible or fresh water wild rice (which really isn't a rice). Animal livers...if the animal is even healthy is high in vitamin A and kids can od on Vitamin A...if I remember correctly the author covers that.
