Pretty book - not much practical use, though You are getting what you pay for. While this might be a decent buy for a hobbyist, it is not much use if you are a professional because several pieces (if not all of them) are not in the original key. Moreover, the keys the songs have been transposed to actually make them more difficult to sing.
