Lots of interesting recipes but when you get to the ... Lots of interesting recipes but when you get to the nutritional values they list calories, fat, carbohydrates and protein. Sodium not listed anywhere! How can you call a book a Low Sodium cookbook and never give the ONE nutritional value that is of most interest? Book is going back.
Useless low sodium cookbook First, half of the text is illegible. It looks like there was no ink in the printer. I am on a low sodium diet so was really surprised that in the nutrition information for a low sodium cookbook does not provide any information on sodium, the reason I bought the book in the first place. There are some obvious errors in serving size and calorie count. I would like a refund as this cookbook is useless to me.
Don’t waste your money! Many mistakes all the way through. Nutritional information Incomplete, didn’t include sodium in the nutritional information!
At least the effort is there I like that someone took the time to make this. I get it, making a book is hard; especially when you're compiling recipes. You can easily make mistakes; like improper grammar, leaving out the sodium information from your low sodium recipes, not realizing your low sodium recipe is anything but, or putting a pasta recipe in the breakfast foods. Like I said, I get it. If you get an Instant Pot, like I did for my wife who is on a low sodium diet, or you don't have access to a Whole Foods, you may want to think twice before getting this to go with it.
No Sodium Content Information I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing this. No sodium content listed in a "low-sodium" cookbook? It's obvious that no effort went into writing the cookbook. In the 109 pages, there are multiple typos and editing errors. Any information on eating a low sodium diet is easy to find on the American Heart Association's website. Thank goodness it was cheap. I'm still going to return it. It's not worth the $6 I paid for it.
